Our recreational program is a progressive program for boys and girls ages 6 and up. Beginner/Beginner Boys are the basic level, with the next levels becoming progressively more challenging.
Developmental gymnastics is a wonderful opportunity for the young gymnast to further develop their discipline,self-esteem and motivation to be the best gymnast they can be.
Everything in Ninja moves. All of the skills eventually will be taught with a continuous entrance and exit. The kids are meant to fall of balance, to learn how to get up quickly and move on to each of the different skills.
WE ARE ONE OF THE ONLY GYMS IN THE STATE TO COACH GYMNASTS AT A NATIONAL LEVEL & HAVE A NATIONAL CHAMPION AT THE JUNIOR OLYMPICS.
AAGA is one of the top facilities in the nation. We have produced some of the best tumblers for local cheerleading clubs and the most local, regional, national, & collegiate champions than any other gym in the state. With some of the highest qualified coaches in the state, we make gymnastics fun for the very young through high school age. For over 25 years AAGA has trained the best kids in Sioux Falls to become the best athletes in town!!
Our team includes girls 5-18 years of age training at levels 1 - 10 and the USA Gymnastics Xcel Program. The team trains year round in preparation for competition in USA Gymnastics sanctioned meets.
Your group can rent AAGA for 2-3 hours and have the place all to yourselves! Made for all ages, from toddlers to adults, all of our inflatable units are designed for maximum output for maximum fun.
