JumpStart is the talent opportunity program under USA Gymnastics T&T (Trampoline & Tumbling) programs.  It is the first step to reach the USA Gymnastics National Team.  AAGA will start to offer sound coaching for this program and aim to have athletes in the National Team in our near future (2 to 3 years).

AAGA TRAMPOLINE & TUMBLING (T&T) PROGRAM (Co-ed Program)

“JUMPER” classes are the first opportunity for children to experience the sport of T&T.  Our recreational program is a progressive program for boys and girls ages 3 and up.  Key skills in each level are built on skills achieved in the previous levels.  Our specialized lesson plans are based upon the USA Gymnastics T&T program and our All Jumper Progression Skill Charts will be used to track progress and identify areas of need.

TRAMPOLINE & TUMBLING (T&T) PRESCHOOL PROGRAM (Co-ed)

RED JUMPERS are for children ages 3 to 4.  We will introduce the sport with trampolines, tumble tracks, floor, and strength conditioning games in a fun and progressive environment.

WHITE JUMPERS are for children ages 4 to 5.  We will begin with fundamental skills and combinations of skills into routines.

BLUE JUMPERS are for experienced and advanced children ages 4 to 5.  We review each fundamental skills and progress into more advanced skills.

 TRAMPOLINE & TUMBLING (T&T) SCHOOL-AGE PROGRAM (Co-ed)

This is our co-ed program at All American Gymnastics.  Our T&T recreational program is for ages 6 and up, and the lesson plans are based on USA Gymnastics T&T program and progressions.  The sport became an Olympic discipline in year 2000.

BRONZE JUMPERS are for beginner students who have never experienced structured lessons on trampolines and tumbling.  We will introduce fundamental skills to build upon for more advanced skills in the future as well as all safety aspects of trampoline activities.

SILVER JUMPERS are for intermediate students who have completed all fundamental skills and safety drills.  Students are encouraged to attend AAGA Evaluations in order to move up to the next level.

GOLD JUMPERS are for advanced students who can perform not only basic skills safely and effectively, but also USA Gymnastics Level 1 & 2 routines with great form and techniques.

PLATINUM JUMPERS are pre-competitive classes for students who would possibly consider joining our competitive team in the future.  Joining the team is not required but recommended when ready.

TRAMPOLINE & TUMBLING (T&T) DEVELOPMENTAL PROGRAM (Co-ed)
